she's cute I really like the shading, and the way you drew the flame. I only have two small bits of criticism though. The gastrocnemius (the part of leg below the knee) part of her right leg looks a little big compared to the left. .And the hair is kind of flat looking to me. But overall this looks really nice and it caught my attention when going through the art portal. So good job! :D
